1. Introduction

Welcome to dent-gone.com (the "Site"). This Site is operated by G Mitchell Ltd (registered in England and Wales) trading as Dent Gone ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are a Bodyshop/repairer registering for our paid services, you also agree to the specific terms in Section 4 regarding billing and referral fees.

2. General Use (Public)

No Warranty on Third-Party Services: We act solely as an informational intermediary. We do not perform vehicle repairs ourselves and we do not provide recommendations or endorsements, in particular for any repairer. Any reliance you place on the information provided is strictly at your own risk.

3. Bodyshop Accounts & Paid Subscriptions

• Eligibility: Access to paid Services is restricted to verified bodyshop owners and authorized vehicle repair professionals. By registering, you warrant that you hold the necessary insurance and certifications to operate as a motor repairer.
• Subscription Fees (Annual): Access is granted on an annual basis. The full annual subscription fee must be paid in advance upon registration or renewal. Payment is processed via the methods available on the Site.
• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
• Referral Charges: In addition to the annual subscription, Bodyshops agree to pay Referral Charges for qualified customer leads generated by our platform. A "Qualified Lead" is a potential customer who has submitted an inquiry through dent-gone.com specifically requesting service from your bodyshop. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any referral made via this platform regardless of the outcome. Referral charges are deducted from your pre-paid balance and are non-refundable.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Bodyshops may cancel their annual subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, content, code, and logos of dent-gone.com (including the "Dent Gone" branding) are the intellectual property of G Mitchell Ltd. You are permitted to browse the Site but not to copy or reproduce materials without written consent.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use dent-gone.com:

• To promote any repair service that you do not actually provide.
• To engage in fraudulent activities or fake reviews.
• To bypass the subscription model for Bodyshops (e.g., attempting to solicit customers who have explicitly opted-in to paid referral services).
• To make frivolous or vexatious requests for quotations or service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
